The Australian Gender Equality Council (AGEC) and the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) have commissioned a report by the University of Queensland (UQ) on the gendered impact of Covid on careers, and are inviting executives from our membership to complete the study. The report will outline the impact of COVID-19 on men and women’s ongoing working lives. It will also assist in providing recommendations to organisations, and policy suggestions to state and federal government as we emerge from the pandemic.

Background The first part of the study is complete and involved a survey of 2000 men and women shortly after the national lockdown in 2020.
