Bradken commissioned NAWO to conduct focus groups with women across its global locations. The resulting 'We are Listening' report found that while many of Bradken's female employees felt supported and able to work to their full potential, the report also identified opportunities for improvement, which have been built into Bradken’s forward action plan.
